The National Account Executive at Applicantz is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key national clients while growing the company's sales and contributing to our long-term business growth. The successful National Account Executive displays strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, and the ability to forecast and analyze market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Manage and maintain key customer relationships for long-term value creation.
- Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure they are met.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and prepare necessary reports on territory, sales and expenses etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology sector, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
