We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be part of our direct sales team. Your role will be to be the first point of contact for new customer leads and to engage various teams across Applicantz to ensure a successful outcome. While we have a preference for being located close to our Denver HQ, this may be a remote position.
What you will be doing:
- Qualify inbound leads and engage the most appropriate teams and processes that will lead to a successful outcome for the customer
- Articulate the capabilities of Applicantz technology via email and phone conversations to engineers and product managers at customer organizations
- Project manage any technical support issues with customers that have been handed off to our team of Application Engineers
- Collaborate with Applicantz’ marketing team to conduct outbound lead generation campaigns
- Maintain a real-time sales opportunity pipeline for forecasting purposes in our CRM (HubSpot), and document customer activities
- Proactively engage with new potential accounts in your assigned industry/geography to generate new sales opportunities
- Articulate your previous week’s activities, the coming week’s plans, and review your updated sales pipeline during weekly 1:1s with our Senior Director of Sales.
What we need to see:
- 2+ years of proven success as an outside or inside salesperson selling technical products to the engineering organizations of accounts
- Associate’s degree in an engineering field (or similar) or business or equivalent experience
